Upon reviewing the findings, our team will create a plan to resolve the operation’s inefficiencies or recommend the best course of action.

Facility Condition Assessments
Completing an acquisition, remodeling an existing space with limited design information, or focused on learning more about pain points in your building to assist with CapEx planning? Melink’s Facility Condition Assessments combine elements of commissioning, airflow testing, and other a la carte options so you can customize an assessment that fits you and your building’s current and future needs.
We offer three baseline facility condition assessment tiers, from high-level asset tracking and management to installation verification and functional testing. From there, you can customize the service to include:
- Refrigeration Performance Checks: Verify performance of cooling equipment and assess refrigerant levels, temperatures, and pressures to ensure optimized system efficiency. (Case Study)
- HVAC/R Investigations: When dealing with consistent comfort or maintenance challenges that other providers struggle to solve, you may have an underlying HVAC/R issue pertaining to installation, maintenance, or the balance of your building. Melink can complete a custom investigation onsite focused on specific areas or systems in your building, and provide diagnosis in tandem with recommendations for resolution.
- Sound and Vibration Testing: Provides measurement and analysis of HVAC equipment through identifying excessive noise or structural vibration to assess current or future mechanical faults and optimize system performance.
