Melink Protection
Melink Protection extends the manufacturer’s warranty for 2 additional years which covers the Intelli-Hood® system parts.
This provides you with an extra layer of protection and peace of mind, ensuring that your Intelli-Hood® system will continue to perform efficiently without unexpected repair costs. By locking in this warranty extension, you can budget more effectively, safeguarding against potentially costly repairs down the road.
Melink System Tune-Up
Melink System Tune-Up involves a comprehensive assessment of your existing Intelli-hood system, ensuring it is in peak condition and optimizing its performance for maximum efficiency.
What’s Included
- Systematic inspection of all Intelli‐Hood® components.
- Temperature and Optic Sensor cleaning.
- Operational testing of Intelli‐Hood system(s).
- One full re-training session on Intelli-Hood system for kitchen staff, facilities, engineering, etc.
- Re-Training on navigating the Melink Portal.
- Final walkthrough with the customer‐designated representative.
Melink Remote Monitoring
Do you know how much Intelli-Hood is actually saving you?
Melink Intelli-Hood® will monitor all your kitchens and alert the designated site contacts when issues arise that could affect optimum performance of your system. Portfolio Energy Savings Reports will be provided to you twice per year for the duration of the contract.
- The Intelli-Hood® system can communicate remotely with the Melink Portal via a Melink installed modem.
- Intelli-Hood Applications Engineers will monitor the contracted sites on a weekly basis and proactively reach out to the designated site contacts if system faults are received. Attempts to clear any faults will initially be done via phone, with site visits required if phone support is not successful.
- Bi-annual system performance reports & energy savings analysis will be generated and presented on the portfolio of sites.
